Position Details
Sunbeam Eye Hospital is offering a highly lucrative and dynamic career path for skilled Ophthalmologists. The role focuses on high-volume cataract surgeries alongside specialized eye care services.
Salary & Incentive Structure
- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹3.5 Lakh per month
- Fixed Annual Salary Package: ₹42 Lakh per annum
- Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives for eligible oculoplasty/oculoplastic surgeries, payable over and above the ₹42 Lakh annual package.
The oculoplasty incentive will be calculated separately based on the type and number of eligible surgeries performed. Procedure-wise incentive rates and terms will be discussed at the time of appointment.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: M.S./M.D./D.N.B. in Ophthalmology or equivalent qualification.
- Surgical Mastery: Should be highly proficient in performing Phacoemulsification cataract surgery.
- Clinical Experience: Candidates with relevant clinical and surgical experience will be preferred.
- Added Advantage: Experience and proficiency in Oculoplasty / Oculoplastic Surgery.
Special Preference
Special preference will be given to doctors trained or experienced at premier institutes, including:
